Ultra Racing rear anti-roll bar for Honda Civic VIII/IX

Ultra Racing rear anti-roll bar for Honda Civic FD/FB and related Honda Civic VIII/IX variants. The anti-roll bar has a diameter of 19 mm and helps limit body roll during dynamic driving.

The vehicle chassis is subjected to the greatest loads during fast cornering, heavy braking and sudden acceleration, primarily due to the transfer of the vehicle’s weight.

When cornering, weight transfer can cause one side of the vehicle to be subjected to up to three times more force than the other. This results in twisting and deformation of the body, which can cause the tyres to lose grip.

Chassis deformation and twisting during cornering can cause undesirable handling characteristics such as understeer and oversteer. The rear anti-roll bar helps improve control of body roll and vehicle behaviour through corners.
