The Ultra Racing rear anti-roll bar for the Kia Picanto (JA) 1.3 2WD has a diameter of 16 mm. The anti-roll bar helps limit body roll and improve the vehicle’s behaviour during dynamic driving.

The vehicle’s chassis is the part subjected to the greatest loads during driving. This is particularly noticeable due to the transfer of body weight during fast cornering, heavy braking or hard acceleration.

When cornering, weight transfer can cause one side of the vehicle to be subjected to as much as three times more force than the other. This can cause significant chassis flexing or deformation and torsion of the body, causing the tyres to lose grip.

Chassis deformation and flexing during cornering can cause undesirable handling characteristics such as understeer and oversteer. The Ultra Racing rear anti-roll bar helps improve control over these loads.
