Ultra Racing rear anti-roll bar for Subaru Forester II SG

The car’s chassis is the part subjected to the greatest loads while driving. This is particularly evident due to the transfer of body mass during fast cornering, heavy braking or acceleration.

In some cases, the transfer of mass during cornering can cause one side of the vehicle to be loaded up to three times more than the other. The result is significant deformation and twisting of the chassis or body, causing the tyres to lose grip.

Deformation and twisting of the chassis during cornering can cause unwanted handling characteristics such as understeer and oversteer.
