The Ultra Racing rear anti-roll bar for Subaru Impreza has a diameter of 23 mm. The anti-roll bar helps limit body roll and improve vehicle responsiveness when cornering at speed.

When cornering at speed, braking hard and accelerating, the vehicle body is subjected to high loads due to weight transfer. When driving through a corner, one side of the vehicle can be loaded up to three times more than the other, causing the body to twist and deform and consequently reducing tyre grip.

Body roll when cornering can cause undesirable handling characteristics such as understeer and oversteer. The rear anti-roll bar helps reduce these effects and contributes to more predictable vehicle behaviour.
