Ultra Racing rear anti-roll bar for Volvo S60R I/P2

The car body is the part subjected to the greatest loads while driving. This is particularly evident due to the transfer of body mass during fast cornering, heavy braking or acceleration.

When cornering, weight transfer can cause one side of the vehicle to be subjected to up to three times more force than the other. This results in significant deformation and twisting of the body, causing the tyres to lose grip.

Deformation and twisting of the chassis while cornering can cause undesirable handling characteristics such as understeer and oversteer. The rear anti-roll bar helps to limit body roll and improve the vehicle’s behaviour in corners.
