Ultra Racing rear lower chassis brace for Honda Prelude III BA5

The vehicle chassis is the part subjected to the greatest loads during driving, especially due to the transfer of the body’s weight during fast cornering, heavy braking or hard acceleration.

When cornering, weight transfer can cause one side of the vehicle to be subjected to up to three times more force than the other. This can cause pronounced chassis twisting or body deformation, resulting in the tyres losing grip.

Body deformation and chassis twisting during cornering can cause unwanted handling characteristics such as understeer and oversteer.

This rear lower chassis brace is designed to provide additional support for the body at the rear of the vehicle.
