The Ultra Racing rear lower chassis brace helps increase body stiffness and limit twisting during dynamic driving. Due to weight transfer during fast cornering, hard braking and acceleration, the chassis is exposed to high loads.
When driving through a corner, weight transfer can cause one side of the vehicle to be loaded up to 3 times more than the other. This can cause excessive bending and twisting of the chassis or body, resulting in the tyres losing grip.
Chassis twisting and deformation when driving through corners can cause undesirable handling characteristics such as understeer and oversteer.
The brace has 4 mounting points. It is intended for vehicles with 2WD and the specified engines.
Suitable for: Hyundai Tucson III (TL), Kia Sportage IV (QL).
