The Ultra Racing rear lower chassis brace is designed to reduce chassis or bodywork bending and twisting under heavy loads. Model 2859 (UR-RL4-2859) has 4 mounting points.
The vehicle chassis is subjected to the greatest loads due to the transfer of body mass during fast cornering, heavy braking and sudden acceleration.
When cornering, weight transfer can cause one side of the vehicle to be loaded up to 3 times more than the other. This can cause considerable chassis twisting or deformation and torsional bodywork twisting, causing the tyres to lose grip.
Chassis deformation and twisting while cornering can cause undesirable handling characteristics such as understeer and oversteer.
Ultra Racing braces are designed to reduce these undesirable effects and improve chassis stiffness during dynamic driving.
Suitable for: Isuzu D-Max II (TFR/TFS).
