Ultra Racing rear lower chassis reinforcement for Ssangyong Tivoli I/X100

The vehicle chassis is the part subjected to the greatest loads during dynamic driving. These loads are caused mainly by the transfer of body weight during fast cornering, heavy braking and sharp acceleration.

When cornering, weight transfer can cause one side of the vehicle to be subjected to a force up to three times greater than the other. This causes significant chassis twisting, or deformation and torsion of the bodywork, which can cause the tyres to lose grip.

Chassis deformation and twisting while cornering can cause unwanted driving characteristics, such as understeer and oversteer.
