Ultra Racing rear torsion chassis brace for Toyota Caldina T240 2.0T GT4 4WD

When cornering quickly, braking hard and accelerating, the vehicle chassis is subjected to heavy loads caused by the transfer of the body’s mass.

When driving through corners, weight transfer can cause one side of the vehicle to be loaded up to three times more than the other. This leads to twisting and deformation of the chassis or body, causing the tyres to lose grip.

Chassis twisting while driving through corners can cause undesirable handling characteristics such as understeer and oversteer. The rear torsion brace helps reduce undesirable body twisting.
