This revolutionary upgrade is the answer to your performance dreams, developed for drivers who seek maximum performance, uncompromising quality, and unmatched efficiency. Experience a powerful ride that makes every moment an adventure! Why our Wagner Tuning Performance Intercooler is the best choice for your Mini Cooper S: Massive charge air volume & outstanding cooling performance: With impressive core dimensions of 550 mm x 210 mm x 90 mm (stepped), our cooler offers an enormous flow area and a breathtaking increase in charge air volume of an incredible 116% compared to the original cooler. This ensures significantly improved cooling performance, providing your engine with optimal air supply and constant power output even under extreme conditions. Advanced high-performance intercooler core: The key to this performance optimization lies in our advanced high-performance core (bar-and-plate). It has been specially developed for maximum cooling effect, ensures optimal efficiency, and is tailored to the requirements of modern turbo engines. Flow-optimized & drastically reduced back pressure: The CAD-designed free-form end boxes made of high-quality cast aluminum are precision-manufactured to optimize internal airflow. The result is a drastic reduction in back pressure compared to the stock intercooler, leading to a noticeable increase in performance and improved throttle response. Lightweight construction & maximum durability: Weighing only 8.1 kg, this intercooler is a real lightweight that does not unnecessarily burden the unsprung masses of your Mini Cooper S. Thanks to the anti-corrosion coating with outstanding thermal conductivity properties, you can be sure that your intercooler will deliver top performance and durability even under the toughest conditions. Easy plug & play installation: Installation is very simple and a breeze! This intercooler is designed for effortless 1:1 replacement of the OEM intercooler. That means plug & play – you save time and effort and immediately benefit from the advantages of optimally cooled charge air.
