ACL Race Series are tri-metal main bearings designed for higher RPM conditions. Their combination of design, metallurgy and engineering supports engine operation under increased loads.
Increased eccentricity compensates for bore distortion at high RPM, while tight and consistent wall tolerances help maintain consistent clearances.
- High-strength overlay plate with reduced thickness for improved fatigue properties
- Increased crush for improved bearing retention in the housing
- Elimination of flash plating on the back for improved heat transfer and grip in the housing
- 3/4-grooved main bearings to optimize load-carrying surface area and oil flow
- ACL Race Series main bearing set

Sizes
STD is the standard size for an unground crankshaft. Undersizes (−0.25 mm, −0.50 mm …) are for a reground crank, and “+0.025 mm clearance” (X) is for highly stressed engines. Your machine shop chooses the size after measuring.
