ACL Race main bearings for Nissan VQ35HR / VQ37VHR / VR38DETT …

ACL Race Series main bearings are trimetal engine bearings designed for higher RPM conditions. Their construction combines design, metallurgy and engineering for demanding engine loads.

The set contains ACL Race Series main bearings. Increased eccentricity helps compensate for bore distortion at high RPM and assists in forming hydrodynamic oil films.

• High-strength overlay plate with reduced thickness for improved fatigue properties
• Increased crush for improved bearing retention in the housing
• Elimination of flash plating on the back for improved heat transfer and grip in the housing
• 3/4-grooved main bearings to optimize load-carrying surface area and oil flow
• Tight, consistent wall tolerances to help maintain consistent clearances

Sizes

STD is the standard size for an unground crankshaft. Undersizes (−0.25 mm, −0.50 mm …) are for a reground crank, and “+0.025 mm clearance” (X) is for highly stressed engines. Your machine shop chooses the size after measuring.
