ACL Race thrust washers for Ford Kent / Cosworth BDA

ACL Race thrust washers control crankshaft end movement in Ford Kent / Cosworth BDA engines.

They are suited to engine rebuilding or upgrading where correct crankshaft guidance is important. The STD version is intended for the standard size.

Suitable for: Ford Capri I (ECJ) / II (GECP), Ford Cortina I / V (E/MK5), Ford Escort MK (III/GAA) / MK (IV/GAF/ALF) / MK (V/ALL/AAL/ABL) / MK (V/TURNIER/ANL) / MK (VI/GAL/AAL/ABL) / MK (VI/TURNIER/GAL).

Engines: Kent, Cosworth BDA (BDA, BDB, BDC, 116E, 1.3L2735E, 751M). Please check your vehicle’s engine code (registration document or VIN) before ordering; if in doubt, contact us and we will check for you.

Sizes

STD is the standard size for an unground crankshaft. Undersizes (−0.25 mm, −0.50 mm …) are for a reground crank, and “+0.025 mm clearance” (X) is for highly stressed engines. Your machine shop chooses the size after measuring.
