ACL Race main bearings are a trimetal design for high-performance engines, developed for higher RPM conditions. The combination of construction, metallurgy and engineering supports bearing operation under increased loads.
The set includes ACL Race Series main bearings. Increased eccentricity assists in forming hydrodynamic oil films, while 3/4 grooves optimize the bearing load-carrying surface area and oil flow to the conrod bearings.
- High-strength overlay plate with reduced thickness for improved fatigue properties

- Elimination of flash plating on the back for improved heat transfer and grip in the housing
- Tight, consistent wall tolerances to help maintain consistent clearances

Sizes
STD is the standard size for an unground crankshaft. Undersizes (−0.25 mm, −0.50 mm …) are for a reground crank, and “+0.025 mm clearance” (X) is for highly stressed engines. Your machine shop chooses the size after measuring.
