ACL Race main bearings for Toyota 2UZ-FE / 1UZ-FE / 3UZ-FE

ACL Race Series main bearings use a trimetal construction for demanding high-RPM conditions. The design combines a high-strength overlay plate, tight wall tolerances and increased eccentricity to assist in forming a hydrodynamic oil film.

The set is designed for improved heat transfer, secure bearing retention in the housing and efficient oil flow to the conrod bearings. Standard and undersize versions are available according to the selected variation.

Sizes

STD is the standard size for an unground crankshaft. Undersizes (−0.25 mm, −0.50 mm …) are for a reground crank, and “+0.025 mm clearance” (X) is for highly stressed engines. Your machine shop chooses the size after measuring.
