ACL Race rod bearings for BMW S85

ACL Race rod bearings for BMW S85 are high-performance trimetal bearings designed for demanding high-RPM conditions. Their construction combines a high-strength overlay plate, hardened steel backs and tight wall tolerances.

Increased eccentricity helps compensate for bore distortion at high RPM and assists in forming hydrodynamic oil films. The set includes ACL Race Series rod bearings.

Sizes

STD is the standard size for an unground crankshaft. Undersizes (−0.25 mm, −0.50 mm …) are for a reground crank, and “+0.025 mm clearance” (X) is for highly stressed engines. Your machine shop chooses the size after measuring.
