ACL Race rod bearings for Honda B18C

ACL Race rod bearings for Honda B18C use a trimetal construction engineered for demanding operating conditions at higher RPM.

The ACL Race Series set includes rod bearings with 0.025 mm extra clearance.

• High-strength overlay plate with reduced thickness for improved fatigue properties
• Hardened steel backs for improved support of the bearing lining and retention in the housing
• Increased crush for improved bearing retention
• Elimination of flash plating on the back for improved heat transfer and increased grip in the housing
• Increased eccentricity to compensate for bore distortion at high RPM

Sizes

STD is the standard size for an unground crankshaft. Undersizes (−0.25 mm, −0.50 mm …) are for a reground crank, and “+0.025 mm clearance” (X) is for highly stressed engines. Your machine shop chooses the size after measuring.
