ACL Race rod bearings for Mini W11 are trimetal engine bearings developed for demanding operating conditions and higher engine speeds. Their construction combines a high-strength overlay plate with hardened steel backs to support the bearing lining and improve retention in the housing.
The set is available in different clearance configurations, including 0.025 mm extra clearance. Increased eccentricity assists hydrodynamic oil-film formation, while tight and consistent wall tolerances help maintain consistent clearances.

Sizes
STD is the standard size for an unground crankshaft. Undersizes (−0.25 mm, −0.50 mm …) are for a reground crank, and “+0.025 mm clearance” (X) is for highly stressed engines. Your machine shop chooses the size after measuring.
