ACL Race rod bearings for Nissan TD42 / TD42T

ACL Race rod bearings are designed for demanding operating conditions and higher engine RPM. The combination of design, metallurgy and engineering provides reliable support for the bearing lining.

This set is intended for use with connecting rods and includes ACL Race Series rod bearings. The construction is designed to improve bearing retention in the housing, heat transfer and the formation of hydrodynamic oil films.

• High-strength overlay plate with reduced thickness for improved fatigue properties
• Hardened steel backs for improved support of the bearing lining and bearing retention in the housing
• Increased crush for improved bearing retention
• Elimination of flash plating on the back for improved heat transfer and grip between the bearing and its housing
• Increased eccentricity to compensate for bore distortion at high RPM

Suitable for: Nissan Patrol II (Y60) / III (160) / III (Y61).

Sizes

STD is the standard size for an unground crankshaft. Undersizes (−0.25 mm, −0.50 mm …) are for a reground crank, and “+0.025 mm clearance” (X) is for highly stressed engines. Your machine shop chooses the size after measuring.
