ACL Race rod bearings for Toyota 1GD-FTV / 2GD-FTV

ACL Race Series trimetal rod bearings are designed for higher RPM conditions and demanding engine use. Their construction combines high strength, tight wall tolerances and improved bearing retention in the housing.

The set contains rod bearings. Available variations include STD, +0.025 mm (X), −0.025 mm and −0.25 mm.

• High-strength overlay plate with reduced thickness for improved fatigue properties
• Hardened steel backs for improved support of the bearing lining and retention in the housing
• Increased crush for improved bearing retention
• Elimination of flash plating on the back for improved heat transfer and grip in the housing
• Increased eccentricity to compensate for bore distortion at high RPM and assist in forming hydrodynamic oil films

Suitable for: Toyota Fortuner II (N5/N6), Toyota Hilux VII (N1/N2/N3), Toyota Land Cruiser Prado IV (J150), Toyota Land Cruiser IV (J250) / J70 (HZJ7).

Sizes

STD is the standard size for an unground crankshaft. Undersizes (−0.25 mm, −0.50 mm …) are for a reground crank, and “+0.025 mm clearance” (X) is for highly stressed engines. Your machine shop chooses the size after measuring.
