The CTS Turbo kit for the BMW N54 engine is designed for use with the factory diverter valve (DV). It includes a 3-inch mandrel-bent 6061 T6 aluminium pipe with a durable black powder-coated finish.
The charge pipe is secured to the N54 engine with 4-ply silicone couplers and stainless steel hose clamps. The kit also includes a water/methanol injection port, a 1/8″ NPT threaded plug for vehicles without a water/methanol port, and a CNC-machined flange for the MAP sensor, allowing the original MAP sensor to be installed. It provides OEM-like fitment and a more pronounced intake or charge system sound.
The kit replaces the fragile plastic charge air pipework and enables more reliable boost pressure retention under higher loads.
