CTS Turbo connecting rods for 1.8T 20V 06A

CTS Turbo connecting rods measuring 144 × 19 mm are designed for 1.8T 20V engines with 06A blocks and stock pistons with 19 mm wrist pins. The design is prepared for use with a larger turbocharger and higher boost pressure.

Rifle-drilled design

All CTS connecting rods are manufactured as standard with an internal longitudinal oil channel (rifle-drilled).

Honing

The big-end and small-end bores are honed using precision equipment, ensuring the required tolerances.

Quality control

All connecting rods undergo strict quality control, including measurement of all key dimensions on a coordinate measuring machine (CMM). The connecting rods are weight-matched to within ±1 gram.

ARP bolts

CTS Turbo connecting rods are fitted as standard with genuine ARP 2000 connecting rod bolts.

Important: The connecting rods are not suitable for Audi 058 blocks, Audi TT225 engines or the AEB engine.

Suitable for: Audi A3 I (8L), Audi A4 I (B5) / II (B6/B7), Audi A6 III (C5/4B), Audi TT I (8N), VW Beetle I (9C), VW Golf IV (1J), VW Jetta IV (1J).
