The CTS Turbo 144 × 20 mm connecting rod kit with rifle drilling is intended for 2.0T EA113 FSI/TFSI engines and installation with original pistons. The connecting rods are designed for use with larger turbochargers and higher boost pressures while maintaining engine reliability.
Rifle drilling
All CTS connecting rods are rifle drilled as standard.
Honing
The big and small ends of the connecting rods are honed in-house using precision equipment, ensuring the required tolerances.
Quality control
All connecting rods undergo strict quality control, during which all critical dimensions are checked using a CMM coordinate measuring machine. The connecting rods are weight-matched to within ±1 gram of each other.
ARP bolts
CTS Turbo connecting rods are supplied as standard with genuine ARP 2000 connecting rod bolts.
