CTS Turbo connecting rods for VW/Audi 2.0T TSI EA888 Gen. 1/2

CTS Turbo connecting rods with 144 × 21 mm dimensions and a tapered bore for 21 mm pistons are designed for 2.0T TSI EA888 Gen. 1 and 2 engines. They are designed for use with original pistons and for conversions with a larger turbocharger and higher boost pressure, while maintaining engine reliability.

Rifle drilling

All CTS Turbo connecting rods are rifle drilled as standard.

Honing

The big and small ends of the connecting rods are honed in production using precision equipment, ensuring accurate tolerances.

Quality control

Each connecting rod is included in a strict quality control process that covers measuring all key dimensions on a CMM coordinate measuring machine. The connecting rods are weight-matched to within ±1 g.

ARP bolts

CTS Turbo connecting rods are equipped as standard with original ARP 2000 connecting rod bolts.
