CTS Turbo crank pulley for Audi 3.0T V6

The CTS Turbo upgrade kit includes a 180 mm crank pulley for Audi 3.0T FSI V6 24V supercharged engines.

The pulley has a larger diameter than the standard unit and is manufactured from precision-machined T66061 aluminium. It replaces the two-piece standard design and reduces the rotating mass of the crankshaft. The larger diameter increases the supercharger speed and boost pressure.

Suitable Stage 2 performance software is required to use the pulley. This is not included in the kit. Stage 2 software enables optimisation of the air–fuel ratio, ignition and boost pressure relief for safe use of the higher boost pressure.

Important: The 180 mm crank pulley can be used with software intended only for the supercharger pulley, such as Stage 2+ Unitronic or Stage 2 034Tuning, without replacing the standard supercharger pulley. The supercharger ratio is the same, while installation is simpler. The combination of the standard supercharger pulley and the CTS Turbo crank pulley provides a ratio of 2.846, the same as the combination of the CTS Turbo supercharger pulley and the standard crank pulley.

Usage limitation: The product is intended for Audi 3.0T FSI V6 24V supercharged engines. Suitable Stage 2 software or compatible software for the pulley combination is required for correct operation.
