CTS Turbo exhaust system for Audi A4 B8/B8.5 2.0 TFSI

The CTS Turbo exhaust system for the Audi A4 B8/B8.5 2.0 TFSI is hand TIG-welded from high-quality T304 stainless steel. The dual exhaust system improves turbocharger response and increases maximum power.

Every CTS exhaust system for the B8 A4 is fully TIG-welded and made from seamless T304 stainless steel. Stainless steel mounting hardware and clamps are included. The rear section of the exhaust (cat-back) is made from 2.5″ T304 pipes. The system bolts directly to the original downpipe and CTS high-flow downpipe. Compatibility with other aftermarket downpipe systems has not been confirmed.

To install the CTS-EXH-CB-0013 kit on the pre-facelift Audi A4 2.0T, model years 2009–2012, the following parts are required. These parts are not required for the A4 Avant with dual exhaust:

• Pre-facelift S-line rear diffuser: 8K0807521D1RR + 8K080783301C
• Pre-facelift rear diffuser without S-line package: 8K0807521H01C
• Rear passenger-side heat shield: 8K0804172 (standard and S-line)
• Heat shield mounting clips: N90796502 (4) (standard and S-line)
• Rear exhaust hanger: 8K0253144M (standard and S-line)
• Hex nut: N90348411 (2) (standard and S-line)

Facelift models, model years 2013–2016, require a modified rear diffuser and the same mounting parts listed above.

Suitable for: Audi A4 III (B8).
