CTS Turbo intake manifold for Audi/VW 2.0 TFSI/TSI EA113/EA888 Gen.1/2

The CTS Turbo intake manifold for Audi/VW 2.0T FSI EA113 and EA888 Gen.1/2 engines is designed as the basis for building a customised additional fuel injection system (port injection).

The manifold is made from cast aluminium, so it can withstand significantly higher boost pressure than the original plastic manifold. Its volume is approximately 40% larger than standard, while airflow is distributed evenly between all cylinders. The enlarged and reshaped plenum helps provide the most even air distribution possible.

Features:

• For belt-driven EA113 engines and chain-driven EA888.1/EA888.2 engines, primarily for high-performance modified turbo projects
• Machined fuel rail with -6AN threaded connections for feed and return
• Suitable for compact EV1 or EV14 injectors with a standard tip; the distance between the sealing rings is 33.60 mm
• Approximately 40% larger volume than the standard manifold
• Improved turbocharger response and increased power when using suitable engine management software
• Even flow distribution through all runners
• Integrated flow guides in all runners
• Retains the factory throttle body location, so adapters are not required
• Retains the factory mounting points for additional equipment and brackets
• Removes the factory flaps in the intake manifold
• 1/4″ NPT and 1/8″ NPT ports for vacuum or boost pressure reference

Important:

• The kit contains only the hardware for MPI. A customised fuel system must be fabricated, a fuel controller must be installed and the software must be calibrated. Instructions are not included. Professional installation by a qualified installer is required.
• Not compatible with the factory PCV system; an oil catch can is required. CTS catch cans are compatible only with EA888 engines.
• Not compatible with B8.5 Audi A4/A5 vehicles with a fifth injector and factory aluminium manifold – engine codes CPMA/CPMB.
• Not compatible with MK6 Gen.3 TSI engines (2013.5+) – engine codes CPLA/CPPA.
• Not compatible with the second-generation Audi TT if a MAP sensor is fitted to the manifold.

Customised engine software calibration is required. Securing the fuel pipe bracket requires minor modification.

Injectors and the remaining parts of the additional fuel system are not included.
