The CTS Turbo intake manifold is made from cast aluminium, allowing it to withstand significantly more boost pressure than the original plastic version. The manifold volume is approximately 40% larger, while airflow is balanced between all cylinders.
The enlarged and redesigned plenum enables the most even possible distribution of air to all cylinders. Integrated flow directors in all runners help improve flow efficiency, turbocharger response and power when suitable engine management software is used.

- 1/4″ NPT and 1/8″ NPT ports for a vacuum signal or boost pressure reference.
Important notes
- Not compatible with the factory PCV system; an oil catch can is required.
- Not compatible with B8.5 A4/A5 vehicles with a fifth fuel injector and factory aluminium manifold – engine code CPMA/CPMB.
- Not compatible with MK6 Gen3 TSI engines (2013.5+) – engine code CPLA/CPPA.
- Not compatible with second-generation Audi TT vehicles with a MAP sensor on the intake manifold.
Dedicated software calibration is required for this intake manifold. Securing the fuel hose requires a minor modification.
