CTS Turbo intake manifold for Audi/VW 2.0T MQB/EVO engines.

The intake manifold is made from cast aluminium, allowing it to withstand significantly higher boost pressure than the original plastic manifold. Its volume is approximately 40% larger, while airflow is balanced across all cylinders.

The manifold plenum is substantially increased in size and designed to distribute the airflow as evenly as possible to all cylinders.

• Improved turbocharger spool-up and more horsepower when using suitable engine tuning software
• Even flow distribution through all runners
• Integrated airflow guides in all runners
• Retains the factory throttle body installation, so no adapters are required
• Retains the factory mounting points for accessories and brackets
• Removes the factory flaps in the intake manifold
• 1/8″ NPT ports for water/methanol injection
• 1/4″ NPT and 1/8″ NPT ports for vacuum or boost pressure reference
• Compatible with the factory PCV system or most oil catch can solutions
• Compatible with CTS Turbo MPI kits for port injection and factory ROW port injection kits. Other MPI kits may be compatible, but modifications may be required.

Port injection (MPI) is mandatory.
