This high-flow intake manifold with short runners is designed for high-performance turbo projects based on the VW MK4 R32. Its aluminium construction allows use with very high boost pressures, which the standard intake manifold cannot reliably withstand due to its plastic construction. This is the same intake manifold used in the CTS Turbo Stage 4 kit for the R32, tested at over 700 hp.
Gaskets are not included. Gaskets from HS Tuning are recommended.
Depending on the conversion design, the vacuum/boost pressure connections must be drilled and tapped. Connections are not included.
Note: due to the large plenum volume, the radiator mounting and radiator fans must be modified. One of the throttle body mounting holes must also be modified.
Not suitable for the Audi TT 3.2L or Audi A3 3.2L.
