The CTS Turbo intake system for the Audi A3 8P 3.2L uses the original air intake in combination with a sealed airbox to feed cold air into the intake system. The air then flows through a high-flow cone air filter with an inverted cone design, allowing the engine to breathe efficiently.
High-quality silicone hoses fit precisely to the original mass airflow meter (MAF) flange, ensuring a smooth flow of cold air into the engine. The system can provide an increase in maximum power in the range of 9 to 15 hp, as well as improved torque throughout the rev range. It also produces a more pronounced, race-inspired engine sound.
