The CTS Turbo intake system is designed for Audi A4, A5 and Allroad vehicles from the B8/B8.5 generation with Gen2 EA888 2.0 TFSI engines.
The original air intake works together with the closed airbox and directs cold air into the intake system. The air then passes through a high-flow conical performance air filter for more efficient airflow into the engine.
The one-piece, vehicle-specific silicone hose enables a smooth supply of cold air to the engine. The manufacturer states a power increase of 6–9 hp.
All CTS Turbo system components are matched to increase power and torque throughout the rev range and provide a more pronounced, race-inspired sound. The sound of the turbocharger spooling and the diverter valve releasing is noticeably louder.
