CTS Turbo lowering springs for the BMW G20 330/M340, G22/G23 430/M440 and G42 M240i xDrive provide a balanced combination of everyday comfort and more responsive vehicle behaviour. They reduce body roll, improve steering response and increase stability during dynamic driving.
Despite their performance-oriented design, comfort remains suitable for everyday use. The spring rate has been carefully selected to work with the factory dampers, allowing the vehicle to remain controlled even on poorer road surfaces without becoming excessively firm. The springs improve driving characteristics both when cornering and during motorway driving.
The springs are manufactured from high-quality SAE 9254/DIN 54SiCr6 spring wire. The material provides strength, safe use and resistance to fatigue over time.

Vehicles with factory sports suspension:
- Front: −1,1″ (28 mm)
- Rear: −0,75″ (19 mm)
Vehicles without sports suspension:
- Front: −1,6″ (41 mm)
- Rear: −1,5″ (38 mm)
DDC compatibility: the springs are compatible with Dynamic Damper Control and work well with its various operating modes while retaining their driving characteristics.
Important
CTS suspension components may only be fitted by a qualified and appropriately licensed mechanic with experience in fitting suspension components.
The final vehicle ride height is established after a few days of driving.
