CTS Turbo lowering springs for VW Golf VII R

CTS Turbo lowering springs are designed for the Golf R VII.

The springs are made from high-quality SAE 9254/DIN 54SiCr6 spring steel wire, ensuring safety, strength and resistance to fatigue over time.

The springs are developed for road use, with an emphasis on handling, braking and responsiveness, without excessively increasing stiffness compared with products from other manufacturers. CTS Turbo’s engineers developed them in-house, and the springs were thoroughly tested before launch. Testing showed no negative impact or deterioration in the performance of the original strut during long-term use.

Lowering the vehicle creates a more aggressive appearance, reduces the gap between the wheel arch and tyre, and gives the vehicle a more “flush” look, while retaining its suitability for everyday driving.

Front: average lowering of 1.2″
Rear: average lowering of 0.8″

DDC compatibility: the springs are compatible with DCC. They work well with dynamic damper control and retain the driving characteristics in different operating modes.
