CTS Turbo lowering springs for the Volkswagen Golf GTI MK8 are designed for road use, providing improved handling, braking and responsiveness without making the ride excessively harsh.
The springs are manufactured from high-quality SAE 9254/DIN 54SiCr6 spring steel wire, ensuring safety, strength and resistance to material fatigue over time.
The springs were developed and manufactured by CTS Turbo and thoroughly tested before being released for sale. Testing showed no negative impact on or deterioration of the performance of the original strut during long-term use. The springs are designed to retain their performance over the long term.
Lowering the vehicle improves its appearance, reduces the gap between the wheel arch and tyre, and brings the vehicle closer to a flush look while retaining suitability for everyday driving.
Compatible with DCC: the springs are compatible with the DCC electronic damper control system. They work well with dynamic damper adjustment and retain the vehicle’s driving characteristics in different operating modes.
