CTS Turbo lowering springs for the VW Jetta GLI MK7 are made from high-quality SAE 9254/DIN 54SiCr6 steel spring wire. They provide safe and durable performance and are resistant to material fatigue over time.
The springs are developed for road use, with an emphasis on improved handling, braking and vehicle response, while retaining ride comfort. CTS Turbo developed and tested them in-house; long-term testing showed no negative impact or deterioration in the performance of the original damper struts.
The lowering reduces the gap between the wheel arch and tyre, giving the vehicle a more aggressive, almost flush appearance without significantly affecting everyday usability.
DCC compatibility: The springs are compatible with the electronic DCC system. They work well with dynamic damper control and retain the driving characteristics in different driving programmes.
