The CTS Turbo O2 pipe is designed for use with a T31 turbocharger housing with a T3 flange (T3 2.5″, 4 bolts) and the CTS Turbo tubular exhaust manifold for the transverse-mounted VW/Audi 1.8T 20V engine.
The O2 pipe is compatible with all turbochargers with a T31 flange and external TiAL wastegate valves with a diameter of 38 mm or PTE wastegate valves with a diameter of 39 mm.
Used with the CTS Turbo manifold and downpipe in the original position, it acts as an intermediate pipe connecting the existing standard or upgraded exhaust system from the K03 turbocharger to the new larger turbocharger.
The flange for attachment to the turbocharger is the T31 type (2.5″), while the pipe expands to 3″ shortly after the connection. The product provides good flow with a relatively straightforward installation.
Suitable only for left-hand-drive (LHD) vehicles and in combination with the top-mounted CTS Turbo exhaust manifold.
Suitable for: VW Golf IV (1J), VW Jetta IV (1J).
