CTS Turbo throttle body inlet kit for Audi RS3/TTRS 8V/8Y/8S

The kit is compatible with Audi RS3 and TTRS models equipped with the 2.5T engine and DAZA and DNWA engine codes. It is designed for the 8V, 8V.2, 8Y and 8S generations, with one kit covering all the listed variants.

The high-flow throttle body inlet is larger and more aerodynamically efficient than the standard part. Internal volume is increased by 56%. The intake channel shape is optimised using CAD software, cast from aluminium, while all key parts are CNC-machined for precise fitment and more efficient flow.

The kit includes a machined throttle body spacer with two additional fittings for boost pressure reference and methanol injection, as well as a 2.75-inch high-flow charge pipe. Dedicated silicone joiners and T-clamps are included for easy installation.

• The charge pipe also has two additional 1/8″ NPT ports for water/methanol system nozzles.
• Compatible with MAP sensors using one or two bolts.
• The DV flange is based on the standard design.
• Pipes and fittings for installation on DNWA engines from model year 2019 onwards are included.
