CTS Turbo B-Cool Billet is an oil filter housing for BMW 2.0L and 3.0L engines. The original plastic housing is fairly sensitive and can become brittle and crack over time. The CTS Turbo housing is made from T6061 aluminium. Cooling fins are integrated into the design, acting as a heat sink to dissipate heat from the engine oil.
Installation is straightforward and requires only basic hand tools. To install product CTS-HW-0271, the centre cage must be removed from the original housing cap and then clipped into the CTS aluminium housing.
