CTS Turbo sports transmission mounts are an upgrade over the original mounts, which wear out over time, causing play in the drivetrain and less precise shifting. The void- and fluid-free construction with a 50 Durometer rubber insert provides a noticeable improvement in stiffness and feel compared with the original mount. The result is a significantly stiffer drivetrain, while the mount remains suitable for everyday driving.

The mount is sold individually. Some vehicles require 2 mounts.
On Audi A4 B5 models with an automatic transmission, a mount is required on both sides, while with the 5-speed manual transmission only the right-hand mount is required. On Audi S4/RS4 B5, Audi A6 and Allroad C5 models, mounts are required on both sides with either a 6-speed manual or automatic transmission. The same applies to Volkswagen Passat B5/B5.5 with an automatic transmission, while the Passat B5/B5.5 1.8T with a manual transmission requires only the right-hand mount.
