The high-flow CTS Turbo intake pipe replaces the restrictive factory turbo muffler, which is designed to reduce harmonic turbocharger noise. The product is specifically designed for the 2.0T EA888.4 engine in MK8 models and retains the operation of the factory engine breather system, which was redesigned for MK8 models.
As the pipe is purpose-built for this platform, it is compatible with the factory configuration without issues with the check engine light (CEL) or vehicle operation. Installation takes approximately 30 minutes and requires standard hand tools.
The product is intended for factory Garrett turbochargers with part number 06Q198751. On ROW vehicles, the applicable model years may differ. For VW Atlas 2.0T and Atlas Cross Sport 2.0T models, check the turbocharger part number before ordering.
