EBC Bluestuff NDX offers excellent cold friction and outstanding modulation – with a higher friction coefficient of 0,52 Mu, the compound has quickly become the brake pad of choice for drivers of high-performance road cars. EBC recently announced that Bluestuff has successfully passed extensive testing for road use and gained R90 approval for certain fitments in the EU. This makes Bluestuff unique – the first true race pad that is also fully road-legal for use on public roads throughout Europe.
When planning a track day, it is essential that the pads are properly warmed up and bedded in. EBC’s materials for track and racing are extremely kind to brake discs, which makes them especially desirable for modern performance cars that come from the factory with complex and extremely expensive two-piece brake disc systems.
