Adjustable diaphragm actuator for Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X (Evo 10)
Forge Motorsport has developed a two-piece replacement turbocharger actuator made from machined aluminium. This design allows precise adjustment and regulation of the required boost pressure, helping to improve turbocharger response and provide more controlled operation.

The actuator is supplied as standard with a spring for the factory setup. For modified vehicles and higher boost pressure, a stronger spring can be fitted on request.
Diaphragm sealing is the standard option for this actuator, while piston sealing is also available. The piston design provides comparable performance and requires less maintenance thanks to the durable construction of its internal components.
The kit includes:
- 1 × FMACEV10 actuator
- 1 × Forge sticker
To use the FMPACTUN spring kit, the Type 2, 049 diaphragm version must be selected. On modern engines with electronic turbocharger control, the mechanical spring specification does not necessarily correspond to the target boost pressure. The correct spring should therefore be selected by a qualified tuner according to the vehicle and planned level of modification.
