The high-flow charge pipe is designed for the Ford Fiesta ST MK8 and Ford Puma ST. It was developed based on several months of testing on a dynamometer and on the road. The boost hose kit is a direct replacement for the original hot-side charge pipe, which is particularly restrictive at the turbocharger. FMBP6 eliminates these restrictions with a smooth and increased internal diameter, improving airflow and reducing pressure drop.

The product is suitable only for vehicles without the original diverter valve.

The original boost hose was designed with an integrated silencer that disrupts airflow and reduces turbocharger noise. This also negatively affects flow through the charge system, whereas the Forge Motorsport hoses remove these restrictions and allow freer airflow.

Installation is simplified by the supplied detailed instructions and carefully considered design, allowing direct bolt-on installation.

The central part of the FMBP6 kit is a 4-ply silicone hose resistant to the boost pressures found in modified and software-optimised engines. Unlike aluminium charge pipes, it is not susceptible to heat soak. Forge Motorsport silicone hoses are designed for a long service life, whereas the original hose can become brittle after years of heat cycles.

The boost hose kit includes a fluorosilicone-lined hose, a CNC-machined hose joiner, an aluminium connecting pipe and two hose clamps.
