Forge Motorsport chargecooler radiator kit for Audi S4 B8/B8.5

We developed an upgraded chargecooler radiator and expansion tank kit for the 3.0-litre supercharged Audi S5/S4 with the B8.5 body style.

The kit is particularly recommended for vehicles in warmer climates where you want to maintain performance, and for modified engines where the Eaton supercharger boost pressure has been increased above the standard value through software calibration, a smaller pulley or a combination of both.

For maximum cooling efficiency, the kit uses an aluminium radiator with a core designed for rapid heat transfer, measuring 640 × 440 × 42 mm. It has proven highly effective at maintaining lower chargecooler temperatures and reducing cool-down times after the system reaches heat saturation.

Suitable for: Audi S4 VI (B8/5), Audi S5 I (8T).
