This pipe enables removal of the exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) valve on transverse VAG 1.9 PD diesel engines from 1999–2005. It is suitable for engines with the following codes: ALH (90 hp), ATD (100 hp), AHF (110 hp), ASV (110 hp), AJM (115 hp) and AUY (115 hp).
The replacement pipe has an integrated blanking plate and a boost gauge port. If you do not need the port, it can be sealed with the short piece of hose supplied.
All parts required for fitting are included. During installation, the existing O-shaped seal (O-ring) on the valve must be reused.
Suitable for: Audi A3 I (8L), SEAT Ibiza II (6K1) / III (6L1), SEAT Leon I (1M1), Škoda Fabia I (6Y), Škoda Octavia I (1U2) / I (1U5), VW Bora I (1J), VW Golf IV (1J).
