This replacement fluorosilicone turbo hose for the 130 or 150 Diesel variant, together with the aluminium couplers, is an important upgrade for vehicles with modifications that operate at higher boost pressure.
The hose is made from fluorosilicone with Nomex laminate reinforcement. This construction withstands the high temperatures near the turbocharger, as well as oil that can collect in the hose and cause ordinary silicone to degrade.
- The inner hose layer is made from a modified silicone called fluorosilicone.
- The hoses are suitable for use with modern long-life coolants, organic acid technology (O.A.T.) coolants and air containing oil mist.
- The hose construction is designed to exceed the properties of the original hoses and improve both the technical and visual appearance of the engine bay.
- The fluorosilicone inner layer provides greater resistance to oil and high temperatures.
Important: The original sealing rings or seals must be retained and used when fitting the Forge hose.
