Forge Motorsport gold reflective heat wrap is made from metallised polymer-laminated glass fabric with adhesive backing. The material is very lightweight and suitable for continuous exposure to radiant temperatures of up to 450 °C.

The wrap reflects up to 80% of radiant heat while being lighter than other heat-reflective materials. Its low profile requires very little space, while it is flexible and allows easy installation and removal with its sensitive adhesive backing.

It is used in the WRC Championship and Formula 1, making it suitable for demanding motorsport applications.

When used correctly, the wrap can protect intake components and reduce intake air temperature (IAT), contributing to more efficient and reliable engine operation.

Typical uses:

Protecting wiring, the inside of bonnet panels, bulkheads and firewalls, charge pipes, fuel lines, the area beneath seats, intake hoses, airboxes, the engine bay, fuel tanks and other components.

Suitable for: universal use (not vehicle-specific).
