Forge Motorsport oil catch can for VAG vehicles MQB

The oil catch can kit is designed for Volkswagen Golf Mk7 GTI/R, Volkswagen Jetta Mk7 GLI and Audi S3 (8V). It removes oil vapours from the engine breather system and helps reduce carbon deposit build-up in the intake system.

The oil catch can helps improve engine breathing and reduce carbon deposit build-up. As it is a service part, it must be emptied periodically; the frequency depends on how the vehicle is used. A drain valve and dipstick are included in the kit for easier maintenance.

Important: The kit is suitable only for vehicles with original engine mounts. It is not suitable for vehicles with upgraded engine mounts.

The braided hoses have a smooth, antistatic and fuel-resistant inner hose made from nitrile rubber, together with a reinforced black outer sleeve made from stainless steel wire. This construction is resistant to vacuum collapse and pressure expansion.

As the hoses are installed close to hot engine components, the kit is equipped with a heat-resistant protective sleeve. This helps maintain operation in the temperature range from –54 °C to +150 °C (–65 °F to +300 °F) and allows the engine cover to remain installed after fitting.
